If you have specific questions we will arrange for an appropriate staff member to call you back at a convenient pre-arranged time. All effort to assist you in booking with High Caliber will be made in a timely fashion. This is our personal guarantee to you.

Please be prepared to specify what adventure you would like to book and when you are planning on coming. All reservations must be accompanied by a 50 % deposit. Inquire for payment options (We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX as well as cheques and money orders).

Cancellation Policy

A 50 % deposit is required for all bookings. Cancellations must be received 30 days prior to your trip in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. If a cancellation occurs 10 to 30 days before your trip, we will issue a gift certificate valid for one year in the amount of your deposit and reschedule your adventure at your convenience. There will be no refunds for cancellations received less than 10 days prior to your booking.
