Once a boat is ready, we template every surface that’s getting decked. We’re talking millimeter precision, whether it's a full floor kit, the bow, the gunnels, or just a few accent pieces. That template goes to UltraDeck, where their team converts it into a digital layout.
From there, we collaborate on design. Some builds are simple and clean. Others get more custom with logos, patterns, custom color combos. We’ve never had a job where UltraDeck couldn’t match the look we were going for.
Once approved, they cut everything in-house, and the kit shows up ready to install. It’s all backed with high-bond 3M adhesive. No drilling. No guessing. Just line it up and lay it down. And when we say it holds, we mean it. Once it’s down, it’s not going anywhere.
